Booking Days:
We can be booked by the day, half-day, or the hour. The minimum hourly booking is two hours.
We charge as follows per hour, half day or full day.
$100 per hour
$450 for 1/2 day
$700 for whole day (8 hours)
This does not include wake up fee (before 8 am start)
lunch, dinner, travel, or any other costs incurred.
We add those to the invoice afterwards.
Confirmed Bookings:
All day bookings are computed at eight working hours. Before 8 am and after 6pm or after eight consecutive working hours, time and a half will be charged, after ten consecutive working hours, double time will be charged, unless arrangements have been made in advance. Sunday and legal holidays are billed at time and a half.
Preparation and Wrap time:
Preparation time is billed at full day rate.
Travel Time:
Travel time is computed for jobs further than 15 miles and less than 2 hours a travel fee of at least $20.
Weather permit:
Type of weather must be specified. A same day cancellation will be charged at full fee. Cancellations 24 hours in advance will be charged as a half-day.
Cancellations:
Cancellations 48 hours (two working days) in advance will be charged as half-day. 24 hours (one working day) in advance will be charged a full fee. Cancellations of trips, or full week confirmed bookings must be made one week prior to the booking, otherwise a full fee will be charged.
Experimental Test Shootings:
Tests done by artists with photographers are for personal use only, and may not be published for editorial without the artist's credit being included, or sold without a fee being negotiated and the artist being compensated.
Booking appointments
To book an appointment, please call (630)947-2988 or fill out the reservation request form. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Currently, we accept appointment requests online; however, an Abella Beauty representative must contact you by phone or email to confirm your request.
