Abella Beauty Policies
At Abella Beauty, we pride ourselves on providing the best care and atmosphere for you, our valued guests. Familiarizing yourself with our policies and procedures described below will help ensure that you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing time.

We primarily travel to your Home, Office, Hospital or Hotel in the Chicago land area/ northern and western suburbs. If you were satisfied and enjoyed your experience, a 18-20% gratuity is industry standard. For larger parties of 3 or more, we will automatically add a 20% gratuity to the service provided.

Abella Beauty accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. We will reserve a date for bridal services or for a spa party with a deposit.

Booking appointments
To book an appointment, please call (630)947-2988 or fill out the reservation request form. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Currently, we accept appointment requests online; however, an Abella Beauty representative must contact you by phone or email to confirm your request.

Payment Information
We accept credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows the abella beauty team to prepare for your service.

If you are late for your apppointment
When you book an appointment with us at Abella Beauty your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for appointment, we offer you two options:
  1. You may shorten your treatment
  2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a  convenient time, however a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred


Cancellation Policy
A $15 cancellation fee will be applied after the artist and stylist have been booked. Cancellations within 5 business days of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total fee. Cancellations the day of the appointment will be charged full value.

Reserving Your Wedding Date
A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve a specific wedding date. No exceptions.

Travel fees will be applied to distances over 20 miles.

The client is responsible for all lodging, parking, tolls, traveling fees the artists incur. For your convenience, if parking and gratuity is not provided the day of the appointment, it will be added automatically to the credit card on file.
